I know we're not a political blog but this is an important civil rights decision and thought we should share the news as it becomes available.
Proposition 8 has been overturned by Chief U.S. District Judge Vaughn Walker, reports CNN.
The decision is expected to be appealed to the 9th U.S. Circuit Court, and could reach the Supreme Court if the high court justices agree to review it.

Dawg, it's fantastic. Y'all was buggin' out there in Sac-town w/that stuff. (Well, I know it probably wasn't Sacramento as much as... the parts of California that don't get much press)
